Blueberry and Peach Ice Cream Sandwiches


Makes 25 servings

Adjust based on number needed.


Ingredients:


Supplies:

  • Small Ice Cream Scoop
  • Lined Cookie Sheet

Directions:

  1. Unwrap the needed number of mini muffin packages, and slice each muffin in half. Place on the lined cookie sheet.
  2. Using a small ice cream scoop, place a small amount of ice cream on the bottom half of each muffin slice.
  3. Add the top to each muffin.
  4. Place in the freezer for up to one hour.
  5. Serve and enjoy!


Creation Tip:

Switch up your ice cream flavor with vanilla or strawberry for even more fun!
